Using Tripado Services

When you use our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: Give us correct details when booking
• Be responsible for your account: Keep your login details safe
• Follow local laws: Respect the rules of countries you visit
• Be respectful: Treat our staff and tour guides with respect
• Pay on time: Complete payments as agreed

Booking and Payments

How booking works:

• Choose your tour and travel dates
• Provide traveler information and make payment
• Receive confirmation email with tour details
• Follow pre-trip instructions we send you

Payment terms:

• Full payment is required when booking
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal
• Prices include all taxes and fees (unless stated otherwise)
• Currency is in US Dollars unless specified

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by you:

• 30+ days before trip: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
• 15-29 days before: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Cancellation by us:

• Full refund if we cancel your trip
• Alternative tour options when possible
• We may cancel due to weather, safety, or insufficient bookings

What's Included and Not Included

Typically included:

• Professional tour guide
• Transportation as described
• Accommodations (for multi-day tours)
• Meals as specified in tour description
• Entry fees to attractions mentioned

Not included (unless specified):

• International flights to Morocco
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses and souvenirs
• Tips for guides and drivers
• Meals not mentioned in itinerary

Your Responsibilities

As a traveler, you're responsible for:

• Valid documents: Passport, visas, and any required permits
• Health requirements: Vaccinations and medical fitness for travel
• Travel insurance: We recommend but don't provide insurance
• Following instructions: Listen to your guide for safety
• Respecting culture: Follow local customs and dress codes
• Being on time: Arrive at meeting points as scheduled

Safety and Liability

Our commitment to safety:

• We work with experienced, licensed guides
• Regular safety training for our team
• Emergency contact available 24/7
• We monitor weather and safety conditions

Your safety responsibilities:

• Follow all safety instructions from guides
• Inform us of any medical conditions
• Don't take unnecessary risks
• Stay with the group during activities

AI Travel Assistant

Our AI assistant helps plan your trip by:

• Suggesting tours based on your preferences
• Answering questions about Morocco
• Providing travel tips and recommendations
• Helping with itinerary planning

Please note:

• AI suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees
• Always verify important information independently
• Final booking decisions are your responsibility
