Day-by-Day Itinerary
We pick you up early in Marrakech and drive over the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n Tichka pass. Stop to enjoy views of Berber villages and mountain scenery. Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site seen in movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Continue through the Draa Valley with its large palm groves, passing Ouarzazate and Agdez before reaching Zagora. At the edge of the dunes, enjoy a camel ride at sunset. Spend the night in a cozy desert camp with dinner, drumming, and dancing under the stars.
Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the desert. After breakfast, ride your camel back or take a 4x4 to Zagora. Travel again through the Draa Valley and stop in Ouarzazate to visit Taourirt Kasbah or the film studios. Cross the High Atlas Mountains and arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon or early evening.
